Once off the M5 motorway follow signs for Torquay.  Continue on the A38 to Torquay across all roundabouts and traffic lights until you reach the set of lights at Torre station that fork left to town centre and right to seafront.  Bare right at these lights onto Avenue Road, continue for 500 yards to another set of lights at a crossroads, continue straight ahead.

Take next left on to Bampfylde road, then next left into Rowdens Road and we are at the end of the cul-de-sac on left.  (Any problems call us and we will direct you!)
